
This product is good, but I can't reach customer service. After paying for the monthly plan, it has stopped working and there's no way to contact support.
It's been 48 hrs. There's neither an email nor a payment invoice provided. How do I connect with them?
Can somone please respond. Your payment / plan upgrade pop-ups would come every 5 min but once paid, there is ZERO response!!
