folk
Our needs are pretty basic. We want to be able to organize contacts, keep notes and set reminders for when to reach out. We've been Folk customers for quite a while and find it somewhat non-intuitive and have had some usability issues that haven't really been resolved (importing emails from the wrong account). So we're working around things, but there's lots of room for improvement. That said, we looked around at a lot of the other options in the marketplace, such as Attio, Hubspot, Pipedrive (which used to be great) and they're either expensive, have poor UX or suffer from feature bloat (ahem, Pipedrive). Folk is the best we've found, but no one we've ID'd has gotten it right.
Sticker Mule
Sticker Mule is one of those sites where they make the difficult seam simple, which is really hard to pull off. I'm excited to buy more of their products!
Love Publer! The interface is very intuitive and you can tell the team cares about their customers b/c they're very responsive. As we grow, I can see it becoming more and more central to our operation.

PR ON THE GO
Any tools that help startups easily ID contacts to get in front of the right reporters to generate press is a good thing! It saves a ton of time and allows us to be more targeted in our outreach.
