I spent my career managing vendors for financial firms. At DTCC Digital Assets I was Director of Vendor Management, responsible for 500+ vendors, and I built the ISO 27001 and SOC 2 programmes from the ground up. Before that I ran vendor management at Securrency and Atlas Mara (BancABC), after senior technology roles at Citi, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. I've sat in the auditor's chair, so I know what they look for.
