A friend of mine recommended this to me and now I am using it every day. I love it! I thought I would just share it with the community, even though the app exists for quite some time already. It allows you to use other apps for a period of time and then pushes you out of the app. It is also possible to start it on a specific time or when you are near a wifi network - which makes it super handy...
