About
I didn't take the direct route into design – and that's probably my biggest advantage. I started out in 1986 with an apprenticeship as a typographer in Graz, then worked as a layout artist, handled prepress work, and later created print and digital campaigns as a media designer for agencies between Hamburg and Salzburg. That background eventually led me into web design – and that's where it really clicked. I love graphic design, but building websites is my true passion: I've been building websites for years, mostly with TYPO3, and the trickier the challenge, the more I enjoy it. Today I'm based in Klagenfurt, taking on client projects in graphic design, web, and video – with an eye for detail from my prepress days and the patience to refine a project until it truly fits.
