Today, "AI customer" service is only Chatbots with pre-defined questions, and it's always terrible, lacking human touch, and disappointing. The scope of Chatbots to get an answer is closed, contrary to ChatGPT or Google Bard, where the context is broad. Can wait to see new AI customer services with 95% accurate answers and a kind of "human touch".

In the past, I worked on automatic translating, which was complicated. Glad to see translations are getting better, and more accurate over time. Even if AI is doing a good job, it will never replace a native speaker. Good work, @ksenia_khriptovich and the whole team !!

InterviewJam would definitely help newly graduated students to find their first job! (Personally, I would have loved to use your service to seek a job). Anyway, it will be helpful for anybody!! A topic coming up slowly: the shortage of raw materials, for electronic, energy, cars and any industries. AI, new smartphones and electric cars are cool and exciting until the supply chain is not responding due to a lack of materials. We are fine today, but that will be an issue increasing over the years!
