Most recently, I launched SteakMap, a national steakhouse directory designed for people who take steak seriously — from dry-aged enthusiasts to Wagyu purists. My goal is to make it easy for anyone to discover the best steakhouses in America while helping restaurants gain the recognition they deserve.
