
Submit multiple tickets asking to move the license to a new machine (I don't have access to the old one) - no response; charged me another month of subscription for a product I can't use. Good job, keep it up and don't worry about chargebacks.
UPDATE:
Received response and refund after 6 months so I'm updating my review. The product works as described, but at this point I'm running Office on Parallels which seems more natural than native MacOS Office.
