I am writing to report a case of misrepresentation and fraudulent service by your organization. At the time of signing up, I was clearly assured that I would receive a free 2-hour meeting room usage annually, and thereafter would be charged only ₹300 (inclusive). However, after payment, when I attempted to avail this benefit, your team completely denied the earlier commitment. This is clearly deceptive and unethical behavior. The person who handled my case, Mr. Rishpal Singh, misguided me and made false promises in order to collect payment. Now the scheme is being declared invalid, which is nothing short of a scam. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by: 1. Filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum 2. Reporting this as a fraud case to the Cyber Crime Cell 3. Sharing my experience publicly across review platforms and social media I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this matter.
