Critify

Hello everyone,
I'd like to introduce you to Critify. An app that helps you shop online in a smarter and more efficient way. I'm Roy, one of the cofounders along with my friend Fabio. Our app let's you look up any product and you will get an instant rating and quality assessment based on online reviews and data metrics based on that product. You also will get price comparisons of the best alternatives and our app shows you which stores that product and alternatives are available. We are also developing a scanning feature for our app.
You can also create lists of chosen products and run a comparison and our app will give you the best choice. Essentially instead of going all over the place online, you can do all of your online shopping decision making with our app. We are letting a few users test our app, let me know if you would like a link to our beta version. We would love to connect with you and make your online shopping experience better.

About to launch first app ever

Hello everyone,
I hope all of you are having a great week and will have a great weekend as well. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Roy. I'm a business developer in the healthcare field. Five years ago I was part of an assisted living startup which has now grown into one of the best in our region.
My background is in engineering and sales. I have over 15 years of sales experience but I also went to engineering school. Long story short I ended up joining a startup team of architects that designed and built a healthcare facility. I love cars, music, and reading. Reading is probably my favorite past time. I'm also a part-time drummer.
About two years ago I had an idea to use AI to inspect fast food products during assembly to lower the chances of mistakes. I hit up my best friend from college and we began working. Needless to say the restaurant industry is not what we thought it was, and we decided to re-focus our efforts. Eventually after several failed attempts in the tech industry, we began working on an app we call Critify.

Eight months later, we are about to launch the app. Critify is an app that can scan products for online reviews, price comparisons, alternative product comparison and product quality. You can scan or look up any product and our app will help you make a better decision and ultimately save money with each purchase. We are literally days away from launch and if you have any questions about the app please let me know.

Critify - A new online shopping app

Hello everyone,
I'm Roy, this is my first time here. I am one of two co-founders and we have been working on this app for the last 8 months. I'd like to introduce Crifity. We are days away from launch and I thought it would be a good idea to begin putting it out there.
The premise of the app is that you can scan or look up any product, and our app will give you a rating based on online reviews, price comparisons and product alternatives to help you make the best online purchase. We created a simple yet dynamic way of comparing products based on their quality and price at the tip of your fingers. The main features for the MVP are:

  1. Online reviews for the product.

  2. Price and product alternative comparisons

  3. Product analysis

  4. You choose how much you want to learn about the product instead of getting overwhelming information at once.

  5. You get to create a list of products you want to compare simultaneously.

We should release this app in the coming week, and we are also currently working on the landing page. It has just been the two of us and we have spent a lot of time on this project and I hope to get any feedback from this introductory post and questions are welcome. Let me know if I can answer anything.

Where did you meet your co-founder(s)?

I've tried a few online venues but none of them worked. If you met with your co-founder(s) online, where was it?

On the whole, I'm interested in education and career advising. Thanks!
