It mostly works—mostly because every now and then, I get a 500 error saying something went wrong and that my credits won't be deducted, but when I check my account, I find that they actually have been. The documentation is decent, although you can't always rely on the content of the replies that the API documentation provides. The pricing is better than the alternatives I've found. That is, until you try to unsubscribe—don't leave that until the last moment because the button only opens a chat. I've now been waiting for over 30 minutes for a response (so I figured I could write a few reviews in the meantime).
