It isn't easy to balance and manage a personal life with work, especially when having kids. Planning in advance, and try to finish my household before I sit in front of a laptop but still I can't manage when my kids are back from school. lol

To my personal view, I feel it's kind of a trend these days. It just adds a degree to your name and everything depends on a person's skill and ability. Agree with one of the people who said: It teaches you how to build connections and how to maintain them.

I would opt for face-to-face meetings, this will show the customer that one truly appreciates him or her and understand their needs/feedback better
