I've had my share of rough patches — anxiety, restlessness, those days where you just stare at the wall and don't know what to do with yourself. My therapist gave me two A4 sheets of activities to help with that. Simple stuff, but it worked. Problem was I kept losing them. So I built Spindulge. A spinning wheel that picks a feel-good activity for you when your brain just won't cooperate. Turned out to be one of the most useful things I've ever made — for myself first, and hopefully for others too. 🎡
