Overall this is the best tool I've found for keeping track of your final travel plans. Any booking emails you get, just forward them to Tripit and it's processed and added to the plan almost instantly. You can also set up alternate emails if you have different addresses or multiple planners. iCal integration is really nice. Can be frustrating in a few ways: no calendar view for planning before...

I love this idea and the dark mode works well for most of the interface. The dealbreaker for me is that it doesn't support calls, if you ever want to call or screenshare then you're better off with the native app. Pros: Dark mode for slack Cons: Doesn't support calls

I love the app itself, but enabling the 1.1.1.1 service gave me an average speed decrease of around 20% up and down. I contacted support about this (via their app) but didn't get a reply, if they respond I'll update this review. It's a free service so there's no harm in trying it out, but make sure you do your own testing to ensure that you are helping not harming your connection. TLDR; YMMV...

This app does what it says and does it brilliantly, if your inbox is where all your tasks live then this will be a life-saver. With that said, most people will be more efficient if they use a non-email based task management tool and move away from email communication in general. Pros: If you use your inbox as a task list, this is essential Cons: For most people it's not a good idea to use your...

First off, respect to the devs, this is a really well built app. Don’t be distracted by spammy alternatives, if you want a Mac cleaning app look no further. But please beware of maintenance minutia. Seeing those temporary files disappear, all those apps updating, that ram meter go up and down - it’s all very satisfying and addictive… but ultimately distracting. Not having to worry about virus...

As someone who switched from Spotify to AppleMusic a year ago, this web player is really great to see. The only thing I really missed about Spotify were the discovery features and peer-created playlists. This web app serves those up those in a slick Flashless web package and I'll admit I have had it playing in a pinned tab all week (and haven't opened iTunes once).

Stocard is a great way to keep your loyalty/membership cards with you, without actually having to remember to bring them with you. Just snap a shot of your card and it'll extract the membership number (and store a copy of the photo just in case). It integrates with your Apple Wallet, Widgets and Watch so you don't have to even open the app day-to-day 👌 Not all stores can scan the bar codes but...

After using this for half a day I'm totally sold 🙌 The inbox/triage concept is clever and soon feels natural. The ability to have new episodes automatically skip the inbox and be directly queued or archived is a brilliant semi-hidden feature. Easily worth the price if you're a regular podcast listener. 👍👍

The original Castro was just what I needed in a Podcast app, I still use it daily. This new version has a different workflow but willing to give it a shot, it could be everything I never knew I always wanted... yes that was a Hitch quote 🤔

This has quickly become the most used app in our household! Biggest advantages for us over the native Apple video apps: plays off network connected drives without iTunes running, plays every video format you could want, automatically fetches meta data or you can override with your own, it even detects TV episodes and groups them into seasons. The free version is great, the Pro upgrade is also...

I've been using Getflix for over a year now and it's been brilliant. Unlike the free browser extensions, you can set this up at the router so all devices get the benefit in one hit. Good speeds too.
