Integrating the chatbot to my website helps me generate leads. The users leave their name, email and phone number each time they want to chat with my Bot. Which is far better than asking them to provide info separately. So far I have generated 500+ leads in a 2-month time span. Pros: Good one Cons: none

The chatbot turns into a full page view if a user clicks on the widget. This allows them to see our products clearly and stay focused on the conversation. Very useful addition to the platform!
