Beebee Trademate has been a real time-saver for me. Instead of manually searching through data, I can now ask questions in natural language and get the answers I need almost instantly. The multilingual support is a great feature, especially for someone like me who deals with various languages. However, the lack of guidance is a bit of a downside. It took me a while to figure out how to unlock features and send emails — there’s quite a bit of clicking around before you get the hang of it. Overall, a very useful tool once you get past the learning curve!

As an AI educator, I’ve found 2Brain to be a brilliant tool that streamlines my entire teaching workflow. Its support for multimodal inputs is genuinely impressive, I can feed in PDFs, images, videos, websites, even messy notes, and have it help me distil everything into structured outlines. This makes lesson prep faster and more focused, allowing me to control exactly what knowledge is covered! One of my favourite features is the ability to instantly spin up conversation agents based on my knowledge base. Agents can be shared to students, allowing them to ask questions directly and get relevant, in-scope answers, which really saves me a lot of repetitive explanation. And the AI quiz assistant is a huge bonus! I can generate quizzes and exam-style questions tailored to what students have learnt, without having to switch platforms or designing the questions by myself. It's truly a one-stop shop for content planning, delivery, and assessment. That said, the interface could be more beginner-friendly. There are a lot of powerful features, but new users may find it overwhelming without clearer onboarding or guidance. Still, if you're a teacher or trainer working with AI-enhanced learning, 2Brain is absolutely worth the investment. Btw, it would be even better if the English option could distinguish between UK and US :))
