I love flying Southwest & I love their policies. Not only do you get 2 free checked bags, but you're also free to change your booking without a "change fee". If the new fare is lower, you get a credit for the difference. Whenever I booked a SW flight I would go back often to check if my fare had dropped. SouthwestMonkey promises to do it for me.
