Endless negotiations, spams, frauds, unsafe payments etc. take away the confidence to sell directly, which leads to unused products and inventory kept idle. Instead of letting items sit unused or waiting endlessly for buyers, ZiHERO lets users not just sell but Swap items directly without spending money. The biggest difference is the swap layer; you don’t always need cash to get products. We’re also building this for a generation that thinks differently about money.

We had been trying to sell used and unused items on existing marketplaces. Most of the times we left the app because of unreasonable negotiations and scams. Good quality products were getting piled up so we had to just give them away.
