Big fan of Farzad and the team. I’ve been using the tool for a few years with great success. Many backlinks secured, many seo collaborations locked in from outreach campaigns on Respona. And customer service is solid. More than a few circumstances where the team mobilized to fix something over a weekend or holiday. Bigups.

Balsemiq was the best but they massively dropped the ball in keeping up with market needs. I have been pretty disappointed for the past several years. I'm stoked to see a new version but the fact that the website is still dogshit and not mobile optimized doesn't have me feeling too confident the new version is much improved. They seem to be living in 2004.

@benln Right now it's just native iOS for the SDK and Android soon. The white-label is native iOS and Android. We will probably start with a web plugin so people can add the chat feeds on web and let web users interact with mobile users. Eventually may offer the engine as an alternative to web commenting solutions like Disqus or Livefyre.
