Congrats guys! The concept is super great, and I'm looking forward to this progressing as it gains steam. As of right now, I think it's lacking in the user experience design aspect. There are some strange interactions like everyone being able to boot people, the sign out button being one of the largest buttons in the UI, and the text chat button being far less prominent than the support chat...
