It's amazing how quickly I forget what I've worked on over a day. Having this extension installed has really helped me to write better updates about my work. The number of times I've looked at my activity from the past day and thought "Oh yeah, I did spend time working on that!" Without the Chrome extension to capture that activity, I would have completely forgotten to include it.

Looks interesting, but I'm definitely not a fan of the "you can't see the website until you give us your email or FB" blocking modal dialog. :(
