Entrepreneur turned employee to understand the world of tech companies (and their pain points). After exploring being a software developer for 4 years and then migrating into a management role I reflected upon many of the problems littered throughout the world of big companies. One major flaw I saw was the communication blocks between managers and reports. Not that they don't communicate, but that they might not be communicating from an authentic place due to fear of retaliation and feeling the need to flatter the person on the other side of the table.
