I like swapface but too many videos are rejected for processing for unknown reasons. I can't get ahold of anyone at the company to ask any questions. I've left numerous emails to them without a response. Is there a video converter that will allow most videos to process? I have videos that are 720 quality that were dvd rips that won't process, why? Are they continuing to improve the quality of their product? Why won't they get back to me?
