Simply Fast - Get in Shape - Intermittent fasting made simple

I built this fasting tracker because I was tired of apps cluttered with recipes, social feeds, and features I never use. This one works. Simple, beautifully minimal, and actually respects your privacy. It plays nice with your iPhone through widgets, live lock screen tracking, Apple Health sync, Flexible schedules and light & dark mode.
