Well done! Loved my experience of looking for a flight, a real nice change of talking to somebody and not running thru myriad of websites. To strenghten the feeling of being taken care of I would suggest give some feedback about process while I am waiting for an answer ("Claire is thinking", "Claire is going thru options").
