Personally, I use the notes app on my MacBook, or some piece of paper, notebook, etc., and it is extremely difficult for me to find these notes when I need them. I really want to be thoughtful and reach out to people regularly and proactively, but I find it hard to keep track of everything and remember. Right now, I rely on my (sometimes erroneous) memory, the notes app on my phone and little reminders I leave on my g-cal (if I remember).
