About
Sina Bari MD is a Stanford-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has also become a recognized leader in medical device innovation and artificial intelligence in healthcare. His career path began with a personal loss at the age of eight, after which he translated his mother’s computer science textbooks into English. This early exposure to computing led to a deep interest in technology. By high school, he had developed skills in advanced UNIX networking and created biological simulation software using early parallel supercomputers. Working in IT helped him support himself through both college and medical school. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2000 and completed his medical degree in 2006, graduating at the top of his class.
