It seems like a powerful tool. There is, however, high risk of abandonment for this kind of tools because of perceived complexity. Looking forward to trying it out!

Would be cool to see some integration with products like Copass.org and Nomad house (https://nomadhouse.io/) As a long term nomad I'd love to have some peace of mind before coming to a new place, so far finding the right housing and community has been a big priority.
