I canceled my account after 1 day of use but you still charged my credit one week after. not cool. there was no option to cancel the subscription in your web UI.

We updated the AI response! Now the app is streaming responses, significantly reducing time to first answer. This also fixed the timeout issues on long transcripts.

Currently we utilize GPT3.5. However, we would love to move to open source AI.
