The communication with the staff isn't good. I was talking with then to understand more about the free plan and the person who was talking with me said "Please, stop." I was only asking for something that he could be saying " No I can't help." It is a good tool but I wasn't prepared to having a conversation with "Russ" because the primarily communication of any platform shouldn't be rude as was.
