Content distribution is more important than content creation!!!!

We spend 20 hours writing a masterpiece and 20 minutes sharing it. I m convinced the "build it and they will come" mentality is the fastest way to fail in 2026.

I m building PublishRoad to flip that script, but I want to know: What is the one distribution "hack" or channel that actually works for you right now? Is SEO dead, or are we just doing it wrong?

Why is distribution still the hardest part of building?
