What's great
Springbase is one of the few AI products I’ve used that feels built for real workflows instead of just isolated prompts. The AI meeting features are genuinely useful, the reusable prompt/recipe setup helps standardize work, and Live Contexts make it possible to keep knowledge bases updated from real sources instead of manually re-uploading content. I also like that I can combine project context, previous chat context, and research in one place.
What needs improvement
I’d like to see even more templates and guidance for picking the best model or workflow for different use cases.
vs Alternatives
I considered using separate tools for meeting notes, prompt templates, knowledge management, and AI chat, but Springbase was more compelling because it brings those pieces together. Having meetings, live context, recipes, research, and multiple model options in one product felt much more practical than stitching together multiple tools.
