I spend a lot of time thinking about one problem: two shoppers can land on the same ecommerce site with totally different intent, yet see the same store. That never made sense to me. At Helium, we’re building the AI layer that helps D2C brands read live shopper behaviour, product signals, and traffic context, then turn that into sharper product finding, smarter merchandising, better recommendations, and cleaner growth. Our goal is simple: help brands show the right product to the right shopper faster. Helium has been recognised by Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia, covered by TechCrunch, backed by Merak Ventures, and trusted by brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer tech. The work is still early, but the bet is clear: ecommerce sites should think, adapt, and sell with context.
