Today I spent hours analyzing Voicely s event logs and noticed something strange: A sharp drop right after login initiated. Just users suddenly disappearing after tapping Login. I had no idea why. So, I decided to send the app to one of my cousins to test it on their device. And that s when the mystery unraveled. They immediately hit a TLS error: secure connection failed message. something I had never seen on my own network, but completely broke on their office Wi-Fi. It was the network blocking the API connection. Takeaway Sometimes the most valuable debugging tool is someone else s real-world conditions. Testing across different networks, devices, and environments is everything especially when you're building a product meant for everyone.
