I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with fitness and tried a bunch of apps, but none of them really stuck. Most tracked workouts, but nothing helped me manage my diet at a macro level in a simple way. This app has been different. I’ve been using it consistently for over 6 months now. Planning to stick with it for the long term.
