Do we need more open source frameworks in pharma and healthcare?
I am a technical specialist with 15 years in the industry and have worked with multiple domains, including supply chain and fintech.
I was exploring the fastest MVP path to build a healthcare product and was surprised to see bare minimum frameworks to build on top of. Moreover, the existing solutions are pretty outdated.
What do you guys feel about the same?

To me, i am personally using trello due to the simplicity. It does not feel like an extra task to do per say.
