I purchased the Upgrade version of Photolemur 3 today from the website of your company by entering the serial number of Photolemure 2 (2MTW - PYE9 - GWLP - R03N - I0JX). However, activation of the downloaded Photolemur 3 failed with the serial number of Photolemure 2 (2MTW - PYE9 - GWLP - R03N - I0JX). What should I do?
