one of the worse train knowledge feature, I tried like almost 10 chatbot apps. for interface feature it's good. but my concern it's more on how chatbot can deliver precise information without hallucinate. I have massive information need to deliver but it can't, even it can't trained to on their knowledge feature. and slow customer service. just formal reach out through email.
