I've used Cirkul for 6 months, had a subscription to monthly shipments and never had an issue until this month. My shipment arrived today, Before I opened the package, it was leaking. When I got the bag opened, everything in the package was wet and sticky. The paper inside the bag couldn't even be read any longer where the ink had bled from getting wet from the cartridges. I could tell that 8 of my 16 cartridges were empty after rinsing them off so that they were not sticky any longer. I notified the company immediately. "Joseph" asked that I send him photos of the packaging, cartridges, and to let him know how many were damaged. I uploaded all the photos I had taken and told him 8 cartridges were damaged. His reply was that they would send me 4 replacement cartridges for my inconvenience and that I could just rinse those 8 off and use them. I replied to him that I couldn't use a cartridge that was empty and those 8 were completely empty. He replies back that he can send me 6 replacements for my inconvenience but not more. I replied that wasn't good enough, and I would just cancel my subscription and file dispute on the charge. His only reply was to do what I needed to do. I can tell now that they really do not care for their customers like all the other reviews state.
