Indiefy is a terrible company with poor customer service. They do not help you when you ask for HELP. Their window for asking for help is supposedly 24 hours but that is false it takes more than 24 hours to get ahold of them. They are not doing their job, this isn’t a “community” nor is it a “family”. It is far from a family. They do not connect with their musicians, neither do they sympathize....
