yes i have same problem, thats why i stayed in hill station for 6 years, there the mind is more creative, and you dont feel summaer heat but since i moved to city last year i found my productivity going down this summer in india but what has worked is light lunches and short naps, walk in afternoon is not helping.

user having to install the software and feel it is a waste of time or lazy, instead they decide to not buy but they end up missing out value of actually what they could have got from the software otherwise

ive seen its not about being slow due to commitments, i tend to compare myself with other people who were releasing tools quickly and i used to get discouraged until i decided i will build templates and systems to increase productivity in future and release products faster

biggest time wasters are ruminating about past, focusing on things we have no control over, not being conscious about time, not doing the tasks which only take 2 or 5 minutes and postponing them and comparisons with others
