Fraudulent Charges. Shameless Customer Support. Avoid this app at all costs. I purchased a 1-year subscription for 204 ILS via the App Store — and paid for it in full. Despite that, the company started charging me an additional 65 ILS every month, on top of the yearly fee. I canceled the subscription during the year to prevent renewal — and it did not renew, as expected. But the monthly charges never stopped. I am still being charged every single month, for a subscription that no longer exists. I contacted support. Their reply took less than 2 minutes, claiming they "investigated" and I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I wrote back with full documentation and screenshots. Again, less than 2 minutes later — same copy-paste response. Eventually, they just stopped replying. Bottom line: I paid for a 1-year subscription. I was charged hundreds more in unauthorized monthly fees. I was ignored and dismissed by support. They are still charging me as I write this — for nothing. This is fraud. And the way their support team handles it is disgraceful
