I've been using Fathom for nearly a year and the way the Fathom team is constantly working to improve the product has been amazing - particularly since it's FREE.
I love the new AI Summarizations - they have been fantastic for recaps, particularly when I am following up with a client.
I love the ability to actively listen because I am no longer trying to take notes - I just click a positive reaction and go back to the transcript later to capture the note.
