1) no active support - no support team to reply support ticket over weeks. 2) they claim the refund of GetWpinfy(closed business owned by the same company as Getbotz) , will complete by 31 Aug 2023, however, over 3 weeks of the deadline, no refund from them at all, and no further reply.
