Update: OptiClear’s roadmap is now shaped by YOU! 🚀
Hey PH community!
We launched OptiClear on April 14th to help everyone tackle the 'Disk Full' nightmare. The support so far has been amazing, but the best part has been the feedback!
A fellow maker (@gaurav_singh91) already pointed out a huge pain point: 'Xcode Junk' and iOS simulators. Those hidden GBs are now officially at the top of our roadmap!
My goal is to make OptiClear the most community-driven utility tool for Mac. Since we re just getting started, I want to ask: What is that ONE annoying folder, cache, or file type that eats up your storage and you wish would just disappear with one click?
404 - VPNs hide where you are. 404 hides who you are.
Most privacy tools stop at your IP address. 404 goes deeper.
Websites build a fingerprint of your device, allowing them to track you across time and build a profile of your online activity. This is done by tracking dozens of values: HTTP headers, TLS handshake, browser characteristics, and more.
404 is a local proxy that replaces your fingerprint with a consistent device profile. Built for journalists, lawyers, researchers, or anyone who believes their online behavior is their own business.
