I'm very surprised with the positive comments. I found Submagic glitchy.
I experienced 2 major flaws:
- Sometimes, the words would simply disappear from the video (a couple friends told me they had a similar issue).
- Some other times, I was facing issues with the way subtitles were presented. For example having sentences all in yellow or red, with no animation anymore.
Also, I exposed a couple issues to a customer assistant who replied: "Calm down my friend", though I had not said anything rude. I haven't this before in a customer care interaction.
Anyways, overall a very bad experience using Submagic.
