As a South Korean, I've been looking for a Korean-friendly AI and sseoba has been the best so far. I've found the AI search the most useful as it searches for Korean sources on Korean platforms which is more reliable and accurate compared to more English-centric ChatGPT searches. Furthermore the writing is more natural and great that it also reads raw hwp files.

There are yet small errors like the chat pause button not working, but I guess as an early product, this is something that could be fixed gradually.

Responsive customer support and clean, intuitive design.

Genspark's support was disappointing. When I encountered issues, responses were slow or unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and stuck. Whereas, the Sseoba team was genuinely friendly and responsive. Error reports get addressed and fixed quickly. Also the team is super open to feedback and suggestions and try to apply them to the next update.

Genspark felt overwhelming. Crowded interface, too many options competing for attention, hard to find what I needed quickly. Sseoba offers a clean and uncluttered interface. The overall user experience is much easier. Simple design lets you concentrate on your actual work, not learning the tool.
