My background started in hospitality, where I learned customer experience, operations, service and how people actually behave in the real world. From there I moved into travel technology, working across product, customer success, partnerships and complex operational environments. I later expanded into consulting, helping businesses improve systems, customer journeys and digital experiences. Over the past year, that path has led me deep into AI-assisted product development, where I now build apps, websites, automations and digital products hands-on, including loggit.
