F-ing TERRIBLE! Second order arrived in an Amazon bag with a hole in it. All the cartridges were soaking wet with an unknown fluid. The whole thing smelled AWFUL! Their customer service response was they’d send 4 free cartridges on the next order. You can’t get this order right and expect I’ll buy more from you? Too many other products with better customer service to tolerate their crap.
