Conduit AI is seriously impressive. The unified inbox feels so smooth, and having agents that can handle email, chat, SMS, and calls in one place is just… super convenient. Building and tweaking agents is way easier than I expected, and nothing feels clunky or overhyped — it just works.

What needs improvement
